TIMELINES

Outside of time in transit, once complete, you should allow:

  • 6 weeks for custom adaptations of existing designs

  • 12 weeks for fully bespoke creations

Additional time may be required for international stone sourcing, extended communication across time zones, or during peak periods such as the lead-up to the holiday season. If you have a specific deadline in mind, you’re encouraged to mention this when enquiring.

Kindly note: Due to the time, expertise, and attention required for fully custom work,

Custom work starts at 1500

These minimums reflect the level of craftsmanship, materials, and personal attention each piece receives from start to finish.

Initial Deposit

Projects involving gemstones or more complex carving will be quoted accordingly.

All custom and bespoke projects follow a three-part milestone payment process:

  1. 20% non-refundable deposit to begin the design phase, which is redeemable towards the creation of your piece

  2. Upon wax model completion and re-quote based on the current precious metal market rates, a second payment is made to reach a 50% total non-refundable deposit and move your project into casting

  3. Final balance + shipping costs due on project completion

This structure ensures transparency and accommodates fluctuations in silver and gold pricing.

Stone Sourcing

For clients requiring stone sourcing, the initial deposit of £100 is required to allows us to begin seeking out options that align with your vision, budget, and priorities. I work closely with trusted suppliers to access the highest quality antique and modern diamonds, as well as fine colored gemstones.

If you're local to London, there may be an opportunity to view selected stones in person. If you're located elsewhere,

I am always happy to travel to you across the world to help you make a confident, informed choice.

For certain projects — particularly those involving rare or antique stones with specific criteria — it’s possible that only one strong option may present itself. These types of stones are often highly sought after, and sourcing them can require patience and flexibility as we wait for the right match to appear.

In some cases, especially when the stone represents a significant portion of the project’s overall cost, we may require a second deposit before securing the selected stone. This is typically 50% of the estimated total, with your initial 1,000 deposit applied toward that amount. This ensures we can move forward responsibly without advancing funds on your behalf.

Design & Rendering

After choosing a stone, we start crafting the design together. Each setting is tailor-made to match the precise size and unique qualities of the stone, never forcing the stone to fit a pre-made setting. Bespoke settings are individually created from scratch to provide optimal support, elegant framing, and ideal proportions for the stone. I will present design concepts through sketches and CAD models, allowing you to review, ask questions, and suggest adjustments. Production begins only when you are fully satisfied with the design.

Design Approval & Final Quote.

Once the design is finalised and all materials have been selected, you will be provided a final quote and projected timeline. From this point,

I typically estimate 4-6 weeks for production of your piece.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.
